Why Plant A Church?

Last week Melissa and I announced that we are planting a church in East Troy, WI. The question is why? Simply put, we believe Jesus change lives, and everyone should have a chance to get connected to Him.

Here’s the hard truth: 4500 churches close their doors every year in the U.S. 3000 new churches are planted each year in the U.S. This leaves a net loss of 1500 churches per year.

Church planting is the most effective way to fulfill Jesus’ mandate to make disciples, and we are planting Reach Church to do our part to make sure all are reached!
